Spin N Sculpt

30 minutes of intense spinning on the bike for a killer heart rate pump followed immediately by core, upper body work with hand weights and stretching.


Rhythm Ride

This high energy class provides riders with a unique balance of cardio and strength conditioning. The music and the beat are the motivation to the ride. Push ups, abdominal work, jumps and hand weights make this class physically challenging and fun.

Performance Ride

If you like a more "traditional style" spin class, this is the class for you. This ride will tackle rolling hills, sprints and other various drills to give you an awesome workout.

CycleTRX - Introducing our 30:30 hybrid! Ride strong for 30 minutes and hit the training studio for a 30 minute strength based TRX session. You will leave leaner and stronger eager to take on what’s ahead! Cross Training for all levels.

TRX Strong - Are you ready to take your training to the next level? Join us for energizing group classes. Get stronger using the TRX Suspension Trainer and TRX Rip Trainer. Hitting upper, lower body and the core, we will challenge you to earn your progression. You will feel stronger, more balanced while building endurance. TRX Sweat - Grab a towel and get ready to SWEAT! Prepare to unleash your TRX Sweat as you crush this multi modality training session. Expect this HIIT format class to take you through a series of intervals using the TRX Suspension and Rip Trainer, Escape Gripr and Bulgarian Bag while watching your heart rate soar. Oh, did we mention the high intensity cardio drills? You will be coached using the latest heart rate tech from Polar. Duration: 55 min Class level: Int/Advanced

TRXpress - It's GO TIME for those on the GO! Need a quick fix then join us for this speed format class. We will take you through three rounds on the straps hitting upper, lower body and CORE. You will leave stronger and ready to tackle the rest of your day - with time to spare! Duration: 30 minutes Class Level:BEG-INT
