Are you ready to take your training to the next level? Join us for energizing group classes. Get stronger using the TRX Suspension Trainer and TRX Rip Trainer. Hitting upper, lower body and the core, we will challenge you to earn your progression. You will feel stronger, more balanced while building endurance. Duration 55 minutes Class Level: Beginner-Advanced
