Stacy Crain

Stacy Crain is a 2015 graduate of North Carolina State University with bachelor
degrees in Environmental Design and Architecture. She studied in the Czech
Republic and is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)
accredited professional.
Since 2001, Mrs. Crain has promoted health, wellness and happiness through
exercise. She has over 10-years’ experience of teaching indoor cycle and over
16-years’ of personal training and group exercise experience.
When she is not teaching cycle, Stacy is working as an architectural associate,
exploring Bend with her husband, and hiking with her standard poodle.
When you take her class, expect a focused high-energy workout with lots of
sweat! Stacy’s class design is driven by good beats, positive motivation and
correct form. You’ll feel challenged and successful when you’re done!

Max Fritz

Hailing from the magical land of Southern California Max is here to help you find more enjoyment in your workouts than you ever thought possible. With a background that includes a handful of marathons, years of weight training, yoga teaching and as much time on the bike he can muster, there's really nothing that Max doesn't enjoy!

Jenny Lee

With 11 years of Group Exercise Instructing, Jenny bring a unique, fun, and motivational workout that will leave you pushing yourself further than you ever thought possible... all with a smile on your face. Jenny is truly everybody's biggest fan and believes that when fitness is paired with a fun workout environment, great things can happen. As a former therapist and current Life Coach, Jenny brings a unique set of skills to each and every class to get you to do more and push harder, all while keeping it safe and effective.

When Jenny is not teaching she is out enjoying the outdoors with her husband and two fur-babies. If you see her on the single-track, hiking with her pups, or up volunteering with Mt Bachelor Ski Patrol, be sure to stop her and say, "hi!"

This high-energy class provides riders with a unique balance of cardio and strength conditioning. The music and the beat are the motivation to the ride. Push ups, abdominal work, jumps and hand weights make this class physically challenging and fun.
